Privacy Policy
A plain-English summary of how this site handles your information.
Who we are
Bridging Voices is a leadership communication practice based in Sydney, Australia, run by Monesh Kumar. You can reach us any time at hello@bridgingvoices.com.au. This page explains, in plain English, what information this website collects and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, organisation, the area you're interested in, and your message. To reduce spam, the form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect device and usage information under Google's own privacy policy. We do not collect any sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it's a fit, arrange a discovery call. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How your message reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. If you book a discovery call, that booking is handled by Cal.com, and their privacy terms apply to the information you enter there.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum. Our analytics is cookieless. The spam protection on our form (Google reCAPTCHA) and the Cal.com booking popup may set their own cookies when they load, under Google's and Cal.com's privacy terms. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we reasonably need them to respond to you and keep accurate business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared at any time. Just email privacy@bridgingvoices.com.au and we'll take care of it.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent version.
